About the Role:
Belle ABA Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Worcester, MA! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
- Collect accurate and consistent behavioral data during each therapy session
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Document session notes and progress reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent client schedule
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
- Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with diverse populations

Compensation: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
